First two are loons, obvious mental problems.

Next three are in/near Chicago, and seem to be of the party/gang, gang retaliation and sheer idiot categories.

Last one is another altercation from a club that 'got out of hand'.

1) Step up mental health intervention, don't set up conditions that would keep people from seeking help.

2) Nothing I say regarding Chicago ever gets much of an answer, all I know is they don't believe in enforcing the laws much. Go figure. This lessening of deterrence can't continue.

3) People can't seem to handle their drinking/drug use. I think one of the parties was at an unlicensed club, another at a 'known trouble spot'. Metal detectors? Again, they don't seem to care about the laws/punishment. How to change that?

So mental issues, gang/thug, sheer idiocy?

I'm wondering what happens when these lunatics think a molotov cocktail is the proper response. In a club, that would be hideous.
