I've never blamed any of those things for mass murder, killing sprees or any other sort of violent acts. Or any actions of an individual or organization for that matter. I spent many years on the front lines of the war on terror, I don't blame Islam or muslims for the actions of jihadist. I don't hold my neighbors responsible for what ISIS does.
