Since it was attributed to Prince Phillip (one of the few men alive who fixates on 'racial purity' more than Ishmael), I believe it.
With the tradeoff you'd never speak to him again? Charles gave Harry enough money for a royal-in-exile not to embarass the Royal family (see also: Duke of Windsor, Princess Fergie), but apparantly wants nothing to do with him otherwise.

You are confusing payments from the national exchequer with donations from personal fortune. The state paid off the Duke of Windsor and the Duchess of York, who, incidentally, still couldn't live on the money. The State also gave Harry a cash bonus but Charles gave him an additional Five mil after he said he was going to "work towards being self-sufficient." Harry and Megs were still receiving a stipend from the British state up to the point that he gave up the title Prince (last year)

There is nothing black about Meghan Markle. Throughout her adult life she has lived a "white-centric" lifestyle. Virtually all her friends are white, lives in neighbourhoods where hardly any black people live and seemingly dates only white guys.

Have to say it's interesting reading the board on this issue. As a Brit I have very different opinions.
I believe it's been confirmed it was not Prince Phillip or The Queen who was concerned with how black Archie would be, my money is on Andrew, Edward or one of the minor royals such as Princess Michael.
In regards to being cut off financially, let us not forget a large portion of the royal families finances come directly from Parliament and is funded by Uk tax, of course that money would no longer be available to Megs and Harry, you wouldn't expect to keep getting paid after quitting your job right?
Honestly you are more than welcome to them, it was clearly the intention from the beginning.
The royals will always stay silent on this situation, it is their way, no apologising no justifying, trying to explain yourself or hush up bad stories only makes it worse. They would have known this full well when they decided to sell themselves to Opera.
