The sun is out but the tropical breezes are working their magic. I'm still working out breakfast, it's usually a fruit and a massive, massive cup of coffee.

I do like tea but I gotta jazz it up with leaves from some tree or the other from my yard. A friend told me I have a salad in my cup.

So far apart from one embarrassing colonoscopy a few years ago, I'm pretty much healthy, personally I think it's my emergenc 1000mg vitamin C at work.

However, I should note soon as I clocked 40, my eyesight was shot and I needed glasses. Strange, since my eye test a year or two earlier was 20/20. That's about it.

The forums have always been the adultier part of the lit whole. I'm betting the appeal of the chat is the instant replies without a page refreshing. i don't know how it is for everyone, been here since 2009 and roosted in there. Met some awesome people over the years on here still.
