I fully agree with those who think who gets checks (and whether they go directly to people or to the services they need) should be finetuned. I had no need for the last stimulus money. It's true that a lot of us are doing just fine financially in this situation (the assessed value of my mortgage-free house jumped some $30,000 this week, for instance) and have redirected all of the stimulus money I've gotten already to food banks, etc. I'd be happy to see the government being more targeted on who/what gets what to maximize the recovery effect.

I certainly don't think the rich, supported by poor Trumpettes who have no real idea what they self-interest is, need more gravy.
