An orgasm from anal sex is not physiologically different than one achieved through vaginal intercourse. She just reaches her arousal level from different physical stimuli. Some women can cum just from having their nipples sucked. I am sure they can have multiple orgasms from that as well. Same goes for "anal orgasms". Why wouldn't it be possible?

So, it seems logical that if excited about a situation a woman could have an anal orgasm or perhaps more than one. However, the real question would be if there are actual sexual nerves in the female anus. If so, how concentrated are they and in what area?

If there is not any data available you may have to conduct your own experiments.

I looked at the link. It pertains to a number of things regarding sex and orgasm but I did not see a study dealing with 'female multiple orgasm from anal sex' - did I miss and article. I did not look at every link but I did not see any subheadings or main topic points regarding the OPs question.

So, it is true that sexual research has been done about a lot of things but not sure what you are pointing to in this article.
