McConnell is already scheming to derail Democrats by nuking the economy

Shortly after President Joe Biden's inauguration on Wednesday, a friend told me he was worried. Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., was smiling way too much during the ceremony, he said, and it made him nervous. The sight of a smiling McConnell, after all, is like seeing a smiling Ted Bundy: It should immediately make you wonder where the bodies are buried.

Now that Public Enemy #1 is gone, it's time to take out #2! Maybe impeaching Cruz and Hawley for sedition will help?

First image is too big ... blocked. Not sure what the second is supposed to be showing.

It was a news item flagged up a few weeks ago, when Mitch seemed to be suffering some ailment that left his hands very bruised looking. There wasn't much insight offered as to what the problem was - maybe have been some heavy steroids. Check the colour of his hand... unless maybe he was born in an African country... not thought of that

McConnell's sickness is really beside the point.

What are they going to do about the McConnell's republican strategy of suddenly caring and whining and bitching about the deficit to halt anything and everything the democrats want to get done? That's the real question.

The images show Mitch when his hands were all bruised and his lip busted, from when Elaine found him fumbling in her family cookie jar. She just had to teach him a lesson and slammed the jar lid down on his poor little hands after she slapped him with her fan! The one with the lead in it.

His hands looked like they were rotting off, as if he were a ZOMBIE!

:D:D:D

Indeed! "How Do You Handel a problem Like Mitchel!" I'm surprised he hasn't caught the COVID yet.

He's too smart. He never went to those superspreader events Trump and the other Rep. retards took joy in going to. Also he was smart enough to realize he should wear a mask.

That's the problem with Mitch he's smart and surrounded by idiots for him to play for chumps which includes Biden and his democrat opponents. He's the closest thing we have in american politics to Senator Palpatine from the star wars prequels.

He's the Palpatine, or a wannabe. But it's tricky, you guys need him for the Trump trial, and he's probably game, but surely for a price.

Donald Trump is 'damaged goods' and Mitch McConnell wants him gone forever: report

In interviews with associates of McConnell, they point out that McConnell has always loathed Trump but saw him as a means to end to stack the courts and advance his own agenda, but after the loss of the two Senate seats in Georgia that were held by Republicans and the storming of the U.S. Capitol, he wants Trump banished from the GOP.

Yeah Trump is the heart of our enemy but Mitch is their brains.

As Mayer reports, "Unnamed associates revealed to reporters on Capitol Hill that McConnell was no longer speaking to Trump, and might vote to convict him if the impeachment process moved to a Senate trial," before adding that Rep. John Yarmuth (D-KY) relayed, "Three years ago, I said he'd wait until Trump was an existential threat to the Party, and then cut him loose. He's been furious with Trump for a long time. Many who know him have talked with him about how much he hates Trump."

As it stands now, McConnell would like to see Trump impeached -- as well as banned from running for office again -- as long as he is not blamed for it.

so maybe we leave Mitch in to fuck Trump once again? Then he'll be useless. WHo woild take hsi place, Grassley?

So much, for Joe Biden's plea for Unity-

Republican National Committee sent out this email on Inauguration Day:

Friend,

Today begins a new chapter in our Country.

While the Left promises to implement their Big Government Socialist Agenda,
the Republican Party will need to come together and work even harder if we're
going to continue putting America FIRST.

The Democrats have control of the White House, the Senate, and the House, and our
Party will be relying on you now more than ever. YOU are going to play a vital role
in our efforts to preserve all of our historic accomplishments over the last four years,
and it's critical that we have your support.

We need your help to send a STRONG message to the Left that Patriots, like YOU,
stand with the Republican Party 100%.

Still no ideas on “what to do about Mitch?” Looks like the answer is y’all are are gonna have to live with him. 😂

Correct. Our best chance was this past election, but alas the political geniuses Chuck Schumer and the Democtatic party leadership pushed Amy Mcgrath to run against him.

Democrats have to decide if they want to be masters of their own fates or not. If the answer is no, they will be back in the minority in 2 years and they will deserve it.

The Dems have the Senate majority based on elections in Georgia that were contested on clear policy differences. It's a winning message, but they can't act like the battle is over. That was the mistake Obama made again and again.

Nothing.

Mitch is gonna continue outsmarting everyone. Like he's doing right this moment.

Which is the real scary part about the Trump episode, btw. What happens when a smart person jots down all those notes that jackass exposed about our vulnerable Democracy?

Bad things, man...

Absolutely, they better not squander this majority. They can't rest on their laurels.

Gloves off.

Actually McConnell is smart, but he's as charismatic as a block of moldy cheese. That was the real danger to Trump. He really animated the conservative base to dangerous even violent courses of action. As useful as he's proven himself towards advancing the conservatives' agenda (atleast the conservative establishment's agenda) McConnell just doesn't have it in him to galvanize that many people into action.

I'd expect the next animator of the base to be somebody like Matt Gaetz or Josh Hawley or Dan Crenshaw. Though none of them have nearly high enough levels of charisma as Trump had with the republican base.

Correct. Only, he doesn't care. He likes his role. And he gets what he wants. Nearly all the time.

Right you are as well that someone else who's both charismatic and intelligent now has a playbook to absolutely wreck this nation into nothingness. And you can bet that threat is coming.

None of those asshats you listed are It, however.

-Slightly off-topic comment here but... I have a favorite saying: Strength in Vulnerability.

It takes far more courage and conviction to be strong when you are vulnerable. Being "tough" all the time ain't nuthin' but a sissy walk. It spells Fear.

We're vulnerable right now. In a manner we've never quite been before.

I would guess this country know's plenty well what to ultimately do with fear, eh...

Toilet it. Like a turd.
