He has been banned so much in the past, he now has four-ten Alts, that way his cannot be off the board when some of his Alts get the banhammer.

The site only ban's the user name, not the IP address, which is why these Trolls can circumvent the sites rules. Iggy is your best friend if you don't wish to see these posts of fraudulent information...
