Yet again, these aren't fences put up by the Democrats. This is still the Trump administration. The Biden administration hasn't started yet. These are not fences put up by either Biden or a Democratic administration.

And yet you Trumpettes just keep on lying about this.

That said, the fences are up because Trump, in a Republican-aided coup attempt, has tried to overthrow the American system of government by lying and instigating violence. The need for fences falls directly on the shoulders of Trump and his enablers. His enablers include ICan't and the other board Trumpettes. ICan't shares in the decision for the need for these fences that neither Biden nor the Democrats do.

That's dishonest, and you know it. And when there had been no shooting battles around the inauguration, you would claim those fences, troops and shit were wholly unnecessary overreaction.

Well, it is overreaction. Almost comical in it's own right, indeed. But it's also deliberate and necessary. And when there was no gun battles, it will have been because of that, because of clear, unmistakable demonstrations of power. And yes, of course, to not any smaller degree the tiresome and almost invisible background work of FBI agents knocking doors. Because with people talking use of force you have to talk in language of force.

The fences won't go away anytime soon either. Well the physical ones would, likely, albeit slowly. But the security, privacy and freedoms of us all will remain diminished. Yes, you and me alike, on the other side on the globe as well -- because USA remains a cornerstone of global order and a trendsetter, still, out of purely technical factors often. And for what, for a couple irresponsible guys, Steve Bannon playing with fire. For a well known scam upped up by some innovation and sold so obviously and so predictably, manipulating millions into frenzy of lies. A church of Stolen Election, lol.

And this is (or hopefully seems to still be) the happy ending. Seriously. For you, for me, for the whole world. We are about to dodge a true catastrophe. And that's why those fences are as high as they are. For what might have been.

I don't think ican has the mental abilities to view the situation in the US with an "outsiders" lens. He can only see through the lens of partisanship.
