It requires, "...domestic and foreign LLCs doing business in the U.S. to disclose “who is the real, natural person (aka beneficial owner) who owns and controls an entity at the point of formation,” as well as update the information if the company changes ownership."

Oh hell yes! It's about time! No more hiding money that way. I',m sure they will find another, but it seems this door is closed.

In a word, Yes. The donald and others who have for years used this dodge to hide money can no longer do so. Unfortunately it's only for law enforcement and government entities. The general public is barred from using it to know who's behind an LLC. I think it's crap the public can't access it still what it is, is worth having.

Hopefully the Biden DOJ will hit the ground running and enforce compliance with this law.

I agree that this greatly increases Trump's exposure.

The next few years should be fun; watching the corporate criminals scramble.
