By "causing division" they only mean "criticize Dear Leader."

It's your fault if there's violence because anytime you criticize Dear Leader it angers the violent mob so you better not do it.

Also their way of saying there can be no "unity" in the country unless people let Trump get away with anything he wants to = support the autocrat in anything he does

They are trying to force their own autocratic submission on everyone else
