I think you might be right. It's the "I want you to punish me for being a naughty boy" kind of thing. There are men who are really into women controlling their penises, or even telling them how small and unsatisfying their penises are. Not my thing, but from what I can see it's a big thing with many others. And that's fine.

I can't even imagine how relieved that first guy was that he wasn't using it at the time.

We had a psychotic patient come in one time wearing a non-internet connected cock cage, he'd had it on for so long that it had somehow started to cut off his circulation.
