I think Literotica is just one of those places where men (regardless of ethnicity) who are looking, hopelessly outnumber the women who are looking. At least 25 to 1.

Against such odds, I don't bother posting ads here anymore.

If I see a compelling ad and there are already 20 plus public responses from other men but no follow up from the original poster, I assume she either found what she wanted or her private box is full (pun not intended) and she'll never see my message.

Just about every lady who has contacted me did so because I posted something witty or funny as a reply to some other, totally unrelated topic. Not speaking for every brotha obviously but I don't think I'm alone in that regard.

(I broke my rule in this case because I don't think Lily is posting an ad as much as she's just commenting...)

Umm there are days i get 50 messages and there are days i get 2 messages .. i have posted personal ads ... but haven't found anyone

95 percent of the messages i get are one liners who didnt bother reading my ad...

5 percent are guys telling me what they want be to be into
Its really a lot of assholes and losers

In fact not a day goes by that i dont ask myself why am i doing this are these the kind of people you want in my life

But i have hope that the right man with the right attitude will see it ..

I think, albeit with a small volume of messages, it is the same for men too.

The number of messages that I’ve received that are one or two sentences that tell me nothing nor give me a morsel of information to build a conversation with is frustrating.
