I want to post two novels on Literotica what were published mainstream elsewhere. My arrangement with the (small) publisher is nonexclusive, but sales have dropped off after about a decade. I think these stories have not aged, and should still be of interest, and I wanted to republish them here for the benefit of future generations :D.

1. Is this legit under Literotica's rules? I hold the copyright.

2. Should I change the titles?

3. Can I include a link to the publisher's site? They gave me a platform when I was finally ready to break cover. They are aware of my intentions.

Thank you

If you wrote them and own the copyright yes you can. Lots of writers publish on multiple platforms. Others publish for pay then release on here.
Changing the name is up to you, but you do not have to.

The link might not be allowed on the stories but I’ve seen them on people’s bios

1. If you own the copyright you can do whatever you want - you say your publisher contract is non-exclusive.

2. Completely up to you.

3.Only in your Forum signature block and in your profile, not in the story itself. Once you have content here on Lit, the site allows you to promote content elsewhere - in this thread:

Up to you to change the title. But, if your Novel is published on Amazon, they have a habit of scanning the net for that title to see if you are undercutting the price you set there. Just so you know.
