So, a trans woman who likes having a penis meets a cis woman. The cis woman really wants to have a biological kid despite being gay. She loves the trans woman as much as she’d love a cis woman. What do you think of this idea???
The trans woman has smallish breasts, dirty blonde hair and a rather feminine face. The cis woman is Asian and a bit masculine of center. The trans woman just started transitioning and many of the changes hadn’t happened yet.

The trans woman is super feminine(even more than most cis women) and the cis woman is a bit of a tomboy.

Trans, cis, gay, tomboy, what?

You need to be aware of the effects of hormones on a person's fertility. Typically trans women will first be treated with estrogen, but they are likely to be given an anti androgen drug such as spironolactone. Long term use of anti-androgens will result in sterility, so often trans women will use a sperm bank before starting treatment and that may not fit the story you have in mind.

The other effect of most anti-As is loss of erections, but I've heard some modify their prescriptions to keep erections, but there's usually a downside, such as male hair loss, beard growth ( but you can zap it with laser treatment etc ), bone growth etc. It gets complicated, but if your transwoman is ultra feminine in appearance, she's unlikely to belong to a race that is typically heavier boned. ( I should raise my feminist flag here by saying 'Define feminine' . The patriarchy created this illusion, because ultra-feminine usually means child-like physique, wearing frilly dresses and squeaking whenever they see a spider!! ;) )

The porn star image of trans women is false: most have breast implants so they are less dependent on spiro to produce secondary feminine characteristics, and will use viagra to produce an erection for the camera. They may take spiro for a year or two to boost breast growth, then drop it for a time so erections can return and their genitals do not lessen in size.

I'm not pouring cold water on the idea at all and you should go for it. Some of these issues come up in my story, where one woman is post-op and she falls for another who is pre-op and likes her penis, or is undecided. Thank you for asking :rose: Most authors don't bother to and end up writing complete fantasy that ought to be in the SciFi, not the Trans category. If hope some of this ^^ is useful but I'd be happy to help further.

Of course. Very, very true. I obviously understand that with porn stars. I’ll redefine some stuff of course.

Don't get bogged down by the technicalities or medical side of things - trans folk try not to let such things interfere with their lives - you just need to be aware of them.

I can imagine a trans woman might feel conflicted by her own path and then sharing it with another woman, so there's room for some interesting dynamics there. Laws may differ from one country to another - I know the USA has recently changed its regulations.

Good luck!

Cis woman vacations in Thailand, is enamored of local dick-girl. Hilarity and pregnancy ensue. Easy-peasy.

My question... If a Trans woman has a penis larger than I have ever seen, my fist question is WHY did she/he want to change genders? With a cock that big she/he could have been a star!

I think that’s both a hot erotica and a beautiful romance at the same time. Having the trans woman early in medical transition is good, because she is more likely to still be fertile if she hasn’t been on hormones long. And trans women are sexy at any point in transition. I can’t wait to read a finished story
