When Trump purchased Mar-a-lago, he converted the property from a private residence to a business after the City gave him a variance. Part if that variance...no one could ever claim PERMANENT residence on the property. Know what that means? It means Trump committed voter fraud.

Trump has some incentive to remain in Florida, though. With the NY AG delving into his tax and business dealings, if they charge him with something, they'll have to extradite him from Florida. And I'm pretty sure DeathSantis won't sign that order so long as he's in office.
