Yes we can say even if a President has his full 8 years cut short due to death, having his re -election stolen, or some other factor he can still be the greatest ever.

John Kennedy was only in office 3 years and is revered as one of history's best. Clearly President Trump has done far more so far than Kennedy to make America great again with the entirety of the media, bureaucracy, and global elite "resisting" every move.

Kind of hard to argue that point. Other than that, his only accomplishments that are verifiable have been disastrous. Unless you count stirring up crazy extremists, and loosing a 1/4 million citizens (and counting) to a Pandemic, and creating hundreds of children who are lost to their families; I don’t see that he’s accomplished anything.
