I started this in F&S since I wasn't sure it would be story material, but now I'm not so sure. Read the beginning there:

The more I think about it, I see two paths;

The sister becomes the more dominant of the two, more or less taking the brother under her wings and helping to educate and train him. She thinks his performance was OK, but lacking in some ways. It doesn't quite go to what an FLR would be, but takes on some of those aspects as she gets into how he acts and presents himself. She may even introduce him to her more experienced friends.

The brother becomes the more dominant of the two insisting she repeat their act (many times) over her objections. He coerces to an extent threatening to tell their parents about her slutty ways which could get her cut off from an inheritance. It gets to a point where he more or less can take her at will as she becomes less and less resistant, resigning herself to accept and even enjoy it.

Or the orgy is taken as an anchor point, a flashback. The two go their own ways, each lead fairly normal lives, but their minds keep straying back to that night...

Perhaps nothing is said for days, weeks. The embarrassment and tension is palpable, neither really wanting to be in the same room with the other.

Until she leaves him a note in her handwriting with a date, time and address of where the next party will be.

Why power games? Unless that's exactly what you're looking for it's not inevitable or even necessary.

I would agree, in the initial orgy they likely try to avoid scandal. The orgy continues, they separate and engage with different partners, but keep eye on each other, each of them lying to themselves that just to "avoid another accident like that" but secretly enjoying watching the other fucking.

Afterwards, they could for starters try to find out why the other was at that party at all, and with whom as supposed nominal partner. They may find the treat of someone realizing what happened or that someone could possibly even set them up for it unifying. It may be an impulse to learn more about each other and find common ground, possibly for first time in their lives.

Both may be interested how the experience could be in less forced, more romantic environment, but cautious of blatant refusal and ridicule if offered it too openly. So it starts what could be a rather traditional matting dance if they wasn't siblings, but now its ridden by half truths and attempted deception that is mostly completely transparent for the other, but tolerated with a hidden smile since it advance the goal that only isn't openly declared as mutual.

True, someone has to take the lead and end the charade, and who does it can have a chance to define the new relationship -- including, openly deferring to the other for that.

Another avenue would be to accidentally or even deliberately, together or independently, attend yet another orgy where they aren't recognized as siblings (or the few who do keeping it silent) and somehow "tricked" to engage again, not that there's much of resistance. If independently it may even result in later accusations of stalking, answered by not necessarily truthful claims of being there unknowingly. But even that could only accelerate the inner dynamic, not necessarily change it.

every time they pass each other, or at the family dinner table, their eyes meet, and the they blush and look away, hoping no one else notices...

...until mom calls them both for a talk that basically goes: " hey I know it's awkward, but there's nothing wrong with it as long you're both are careful enough... and yes, I'm talking from experience."

Just options.

"You know your Father and I set that party up, don't you?"

Hilarious!

But perhaps a bit stretching it. My thoughts was that mother recognized the new tension between them and while her assumption that they had sex is technically true, she thinks it's a result of a romance they just had been very good hiding feigning the alienation that was in fact real.

It could be if the goal was indeed to attempt to crack the observed ongoing alienation between the siblings, but still a bit extreme, very much unconventional thinking, lol. Maybe under a mindset there's nothing to lose, they can't hate each other much more just because.

Depends how good the fucking was.

I'm imagining some kind of fight happens between them, and the tension of the fight ends in "and hilarity follows". There's at least some kind of taboo element about fucking strangers.

And you can end it with them moving out of home, but together in an apartment to "save on expenses."
