There are others doing it, yeah. For the most part, there shouldn't be much risk of it getting taken down unless copyright strikes. Most of the YouTube guidelines mention visual porn and not written or spoken. Probably wouldn't get monetized though.

Well, that is good, yeah monetizing I'm guessing wouldn't be possible, they have become very strict even with regular content let alone something that would be considered adult material...
