Is it still numerically possible for Trump to end up with more electoral college votes than Biden when all the counts are done? if so, then it isn't over yet, surely?

Promoting outright lies about widespread election fraud in the aftermath of an election that any other losing candidate would concede is dangerous at this point in history. Think about the armed conspiracy theorists within the Trump base.
FGB actively participates in this Satanic cult, but has somehow convinced himself that he will be shielded from the consequences of supporting the modern day Prince of Lies, simply because he has deemed himself "saved".
Several public officials have already been targeted by conspiracy theorists, and yet FGB keeps feeding them justification. His other current thread infers that Trump losing the election violates the "rule of law".

It doesn't even matter all that much since not all States have their Electors bound to the Popular Vote. Some are free to vote as they choose.

I've been close enough to actually feel evil as it walked by ... it looked like a normal person but it was not. He was at least possessed ... made me nauseous and the hair was standing up on the back of my neck. I quietly made inquires and the two ladies with me did not notice anything...
Sounds like you have some abstract concept.
But FACTS are still FACTS and Biden is not the President Elect.

There have even been cases of a race flipping after the "loser" has conceded (albeit not for president, but for Congress, governor, etc.) A concession is nothing but a courtesy, and the absence thereof means nothing.
Now, if you really want to be pedantic, you could argue that Biden won't be the president-elect until the Electoral College votes. But with Biden likely to end up with either 295 or 306 electoral votes (depending on whether or not he hangs on to his lead in Arizona), you'd need at least 26 and possibly as many as 37 faithless electors to block that formality. It's not going to happen.
