No. Trump said absentee voting was suspect for some reason he never really explained, and advised people to vote early instead (there is no meaningful difference between the two), while Cher is pointing out quite correctly that Trump and his minions have tried repeatedly to curtail the counting of absentee votes. That is quite different.
