And what has effected the economy? Look at renewable energy stocks--going through the roof. Fossil fuel stocks--dropping through the floor.

Externalities are largely dismissed by the Hayek-Mises Austrian School crowd. As a former member of said bloc, I can attest to that. One particular libertarian actually proposed using litigation alone to handle environmental issues such as pollution. Just one example of that.

And he would probably be viewed as a heretic by many others for even suggesting that someone sue over externalities, but that was the extent to which externalities would even be acknowledged.

Joe's plan can be found on his Web site. You could find that yourself. What you can't find is a coherent Trump plan anywhere that's less lethal than "It is what it is" and that doesn't involve hundreds of thousands of unnecessary deaths.

It's not just the board Trumpettes. It's a classic Republican attack strategy that they've been using for decades: hit the opponent in what appears to be hir strongest point, and if there is no obvious one, hit hir in your weakest point. That's why three-time Purple Heart winner John Kerry got thrown on the defensive when running against a guy who used family connections to get into the national guard and then went AWOL from it for a year.

No plan to administer the vaccine if or when it is approved. Trump said it's not his job to get respirators where needed. He's really going to get the vaccine to everyone?

No vaccines are completely effective. How man people get flu shots an still get the flu? Judging by the brisk flu meds sales every year, you get an idea of how effective the vaccines are.

To be fair, this is exactly what the minority of Americans who voted for Trump asked for. When you elect a party that hates government and believes health care is a privilege, you have no business being surprised when you get what we got.
 
Utah is deciding who gets to go home to die because they don't have the capacity to treat everyone. Back in Jan...China built hospitals in a matter of a week. Sure they weren't great. But they sufficed. Beds. IVs. Respirators. Masks. People to attend them. The right-wingers here laughed. We have had 10 months to prepare for this. Did we? Why not?

Because you don't matter. Your life is not important. It kinda sucks China can build something in under a week to help with the issue, but we can't do it in 10 months
