Spring starts its upward climb into summer. Actually under the six seasons of the local Nyoongar people we have just moved into a new season, warmer days and less rain. Certainly has started turning the corner with 25-30C days and a lot of blue sky. Still on low res direct posts, but might have everything sorted out with the server shortly.
The wave patterns have changed and the sand banks are building up so a nice bit of small waves coming through. Lovely for body surfing on, or taking out a board. I have been taking off early a couple of times during the week for a swim or surf mid afternoon which is really enjoyable.
Warmer weather means less poking though tops. Ha ha, yeah sure. They might not be ripping through my shirt on cooler mornings but mine wouldn't know how to stay down. Maybe just tips poking and not the full barrels staring everyone down.
A lovely day down on the beach on sunday. A big easterly blowing so it was warm off the land, and hardly any waves. A lot of people and bodies walking around and laying out so good to see winter bodies starting to see some sun.

Days are getting longer here. We are about 32 deg South, so Savannah GA, Texas-Arizona, Nth Africa, Israel, Southern Japan type equivalent latitudes. West Coast Mediterranean type climate. Summer warm for about 9 months.
Gently. My white bum is gradually blending in again to all over.
I love having a bare arse in the sunshine and swimming. I much prefer being free.

I have a keen interest in waves and directions. When the surf report updates and it says waves and onshore winds, offices seem to empty out a bit.
Somewhat. Can't show the people around, but be assured it was bums and boobs to the sun up and down that stretch of coast.You make the term "beach bum" a good thing.
It is a nice end of the world. It's a big state, there is something for most people, bar snow.Everything in your vicinity appears to be stunning.

That certainly is behind us. Its an easy 5:30am sunrise and 6:30pm sunset.
In the current climate it is probably a reasonable approximation of one.
