Nancy Pelosi is standing firm and strong- She insists on Shall.

She has witnessed the results of Trump's promises- Trump produces nothing real, after he promises.

Trump lives on may or may not. Schrodinger's cat is out of the box, for Trump's did or did not.

She does not agree with States Rights to decide what to with federal cash for coronavirus funds.

She does not trust Trump to do his duty and fulfill his obligations.

their business models -- because the government has so badly
screwed up the covid response that it remains broadly unsafe
to operate.

Trump has been playing dirty tricks with budget fight all of his term.

People's lives are lost, and Trump dismisses those lives lost as collateral damage.

Just as Trump's enablers in each state, disregard the lives of their voters.

Schools in Trump districts re-opened without necessary safeguards against coronavirus.

Nancy Pelosi does not trust those states to spend funds in an election year, especially now.

All of Trump's greedy goblins, gremlins, and psychotic minions, are about to re-enter the job
market. Leaving public office and entering the private sector- they have a bad odor on them.

Language used in the pandemic stimulus plan, matters-

Mnuchin had said Thursday he was prepared to accept Pelosi’s demands for a national strategic testing plan, subject to minor edits.

Pelosi said Sunday those edits turned out to be significant, including changing “shall”
to “may,” “requirements" to "recommendations,” and “a plan” to “a strategy, not a
strategic plan.”

She said these word changes would give the White House too much flexibility
to back out of commitments once the law is passed.

“When you say ‘may’ you’re giving the president a slush fund. He may do this, he may
grant, he may withhold," Pelosi said. "When you say ‘shall,’ according to .. what the
science tells must happen .. We can open our schools, we can open our businesses.”

Pelosi sets Tuesday deadline for reaching stimulus deal with White House

The House speaker said that an economic stimulus deal must be struck within 48 hours
in order for Congress to pass legislation before Election Day, but she noted that significant
differences still divide her and Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin

Tuesday’s deadline is exactly two weeks before the Nov. 3 elections.

Asked if she would meet with Trump, she tells ABC host Stephanopoulos: ‘You meet with him’

"As far as I’m concerned the speaker of the House must be respected in terms of what the
purpose of the meeting is, what the preparation is for and what the likelihood of success
would be.”
