I hear a lot about a national strategy! What would a national strategy look like? If you're touting the supremacy clause then you need to familiarize yourself with constitutional law. States rights, governors should take the lead supported by federal guidance and logistics. The guidance is out there but the science is changing daily. The W*H*O just put out an opinion that lockdowns are causing more problems than they solve. Mortality rate is still unclear and the definition of a covid death is still suspect. Is co-morbidity the leading cause of death complicated by covid, time will tell

1) Wear masks.
2) No non-essential groups of people over 20.
3) Test test test test test...all free. I will tell you for a fact...in Wyoming...at least the county I live in...it is impossible to get a test if you are not admitted. When we had tests...you paid for it up front.

Then we could go on to things like making sure all front line workers have appropriate ppe. Again, I can take you to our hospital and show you they don't have it. Why are we still fighting for respirators?

Then we can look at how the Govt will help with the financial fallout.

Companies have a plan in writing. States have a plan in writing. The Federal Govt threw out a plan and replaced it with nothing. And stupid people think this is acceptable.

Soon after it was passed by the public vote, State Reps, and Church Officials, and the party (right off hand I am unable to remember their name.) with whom pushed for the bill to be voted upon. Took it behind closed doors and restructured it to fit how they seen.

Did he do anything to stop this? No, he encouraged it.

How often does the state concede to the will of the church? Pretty much always, as most of the governmental offices are filled with persons whom forget about a separation of church and state.

Doesn't help when this religious entity has 3.2 Billion dollars invested into Big Pharma.. May help to determine as to why they finally came out a few months before the vote to being against Medicinal use. Now they may actually look to profit, since they gutted it, and restructured it with their heavy influence upon it.

Also wouldn't an everyday normal citizen in a non legalized state be arrested for advertising Free Marijuana on a box truck, outside of a school? Yes. A gentleman who worked for one of the more influential business owners, whom also a devout follower of the church, took a box truck around the state after making it up to look like a mobile Marijuana distribution vehicle. Parking next to High Schools waiting for the children to come up, just to hand out pamphlets of false information.

Not only was he able to do this, he got away with it as if he was perfectly fine to do this anytime. Even if there was no Marijuana inside or on person of the truck. The act alone should of raised red flags across the board. On the grounds of sitting outside of the school with something to draw those children to it. Yea....last I checked in most states legislators and to some extent the governor have the final say so in the creating of laws. That's their whole job.

Last I checked Utah was not a direct democracy state but a representative democracy and the legislators get to write the laws, not "the public".

listening to some trump supporters attending his rally the other day, they simply believe it's not a big deal if they catch it and, if they did, well it's god's will. one woman speaking confirmed what we already know: if trump asked people to wear masks she would, for sure!

the majority of anti-maskers STILL believe wearing one is said to protect THEM but they don't really believe that either. they don't even see it from the aspect of protecting OTHERS from themselves should they be a carrier of the virus.
