Modern diets with their highly process foods are often lacking in fiber. I take a supplement when I notice a days diet might be deficient with good results.

You?

you eat at 7-11. shut the fuck up.

Sounds like *somebody* is deficient in fiber.

Smadmittedly, on-the-go dietary choices can be a challenge but your admirably taut abs from eschewing fast food in favor of meth is not the answer, either.

SMH. Projection.

Fiber, Luk. You'd be much less anal about typos if you weren't experiencing such discomfort from being full of shit. When was you last bowl movement, tweeker?

Lots of wholefoods
Potatoes, bananas apples, grapes, carrots, parsnips, onions, no issues

Had a red potatoe. This particular bag of red potatoes consist of highly irregular sizes but none of them were as small as I was expecting. The thing about ready potatoes is you get a higher skin to flush ratio. Not only is there more fiber, it is tastier, too.

I drop two healthy, clean deuces a day.

I'm good.

~None~ Triscuits has 4.5 grams of fiber. (I checked.) Add a 2.5 gram gummy for a total of seven grams, and I will B R B.

I had stage 1 colon cancer last year and am basically cured through a bowel resection surgery. I learned a bunch of things because of this experience.

There are plenty of treatments available for all stages of colon cancer. Naturally the earlier it is detected the better the likely outcome.

Diet has very little correlation to who will get colon cancer.

The biggest single predictor is a family history of colon cancer.

If you have a family history of colon cancer, tell your family doctor as your first colonoscopy will be moved up from the age of 50 when most people should definitely get a colonoscopy to 40 or even 30.

Having 12 inches of my large intestine removed, I have to supplement with fiber every day. Everyone would be better off if they used Metamucil once per day. BTW with the recent toilet paper shortage, I never worried, since clean up is a snap. Truly all I ever need to use is three squares and I'm clean as a whistle.
