The most embarrassing thing Trump kept doing was pinning every law or policy decision over the last 47 years on Biden, like he was the dictator of America that whole time.

The only person on that stage who could be held to such a high standard is Trump for the last "47 months".

Shitshow. Dana Bash accurately summed it up. She's right. because Trump is the gorilla at the zoo that always flings his shit at the window.
 
The singular goal of that debate for donald was to expand his appeal from his core base to independents and moderates and suburbanites and women so as to catch up to Biden's lead.

He unequivocally failed at that and massively alienated large swathes of fence sitters.


While Biden didn't do fantastic he still managed to put down the dementia nonsense narrative and get his points across firmly. He also did well speaking directly to the camera and the American public, it was smart to treat it as campaigning and he got what he could out of a debate donald was determined to make a dumpster fire.

Polls have been failing to show how the majority would vote in a fair election. Pundits and litsters are not average voters who see a different debate and have different reactions. Maybe they think Trump won it. I figure Trump has a huge lead and can afford risky debate tactics. I watched a few minutes and got tired of his interruptions.

We never know exactly how much cheating there is in any election, but where there is power there is some degree of cheating to get it. The heavy use of propaganda is already shooting holes in the fairness.
 
I am glad my parents are dead so they did not have to see the Presidents shit show. That was the most disgusting performance by a sitting President I have ever seen in my life. If Biden said he was not going to participate in another appearance like that I would not blame him a bit.
You now see what is going to happen on Nov. 4th.
 
Anyone who was shocked that Trump didn't denounce white supremacists shouldn't be. First of all, it's pretty clear Trump is one. That much was evident when he paid those people to watch him come down an escalator to call Mexicans rapists. He's still proud of all that, by the way.

He also wanted the state to straight up murder five innocent black men too. He even put out ads in the four major NYC newspapers calling for them to be executed. That was in 1989.

I could go back and point out all the other racist shit Trump has done but to Trumpers that's not a bug, it's a feature, one they're proud of.

He helped himself by not answering whether or not he would pack the court or name his SCOTUS picks. He helped himself by failing to condemn Antifa, referring to it as a an "idea." Organized crime and Communism is an idea too. He couldn't name a single law enforcement organization that backs his candidacy. He helped himself by not recalling that he and the Obama administration had written the tax laws Trump took advantage of. Chris Wallace helped Biden as well. Given it was 2 on 1 I think the President did okay.;)
