OOC Thread for A Wager of Innocence

Year : 1675
Setting: France

Plot:

A young, of age, noble woman has been sent to live with the Baron and Baroness to finish her schooling at the local convent. Unbeknownst to her, the couple have a taste for young, nubile woman and have been known to take their charges to their bed, making it a game between them as to who would seduce the innocent woman first. As soon as they set eyes on their young ward, they are both excited at the thought of bring her to their bed. They set a wager between them as to who will be able to lure her to their bed first. The spoils of the wager, other than the young woman herself, are yet to be determined.

Once the young woman's virginity is taken, her sexual awakening will begin, as the layers of her innocence are slowly stripped away.

I have not as of yet. I was wondering what our couples last name would be. Any ideas?

I am thinking perhaps Isabelle/Bella for my name, or perhaps Aimee. They are both names that were popular during that time period.

François Joseph Mari Batard appeals to me Karen. Batard being the family surname, the translation roughly is bastard.

That last name works for me. So my character will be Isabelle Marie Batard

I thought you might like the surname and it is so fitting for the story.

Yes it definitely is fitting. And yes i do like it. Now about the wager. What will it be? Any ideas on that?

Good Morning this is just a quick hello before work begins. I am so excited to be writing with you both.

Once I have set my character I probably won’t come in the OOC., because if you are both plotting your evil here I don’t want to know what you have planned in advance.

I want to feel and write a genuine emotional first time response when I read both of your posts

I might well steal the first name you discarded . I like Aimée.

On the other hand I might choose a name that has more religious connotations form parents who knew form the start that she would be a bride of God.

I’m trying to think of a name with meaning also.

I’ve got two.

Aimée Beaufort. Meaning Beloved, beautiful stronghold. Which ironically you both out to breach.

Or

Aimée De la Croix. Beloved of the Cross. Born to Christ, destined to fall Lol.

She has a secret.

I’ll post a picture of how she might look, normally I prefer to describe my character but then I saw her in Veroe’s thread. I fell in love. Her hair is a fair bit longer in the back.
