Learn to read.
"farting cows" are a major contributor to climate change.
It is not that; that "farting cows" are solely responsible for climate change.
Huge difference between those two statements.

Agricultural livestock is a major source(top 10, maybe top 5, not sure) of green house gas emissions... particularly methane which is significantly more potent than co2. Cows are ruminants, which means they produce methane from both ends.
This has long been known, long before AOC was born and she is correct.

Before getting to my point I want to thank you for your response. I appreciate your direct answer. You are correct, cities do chase climate change that is measurable, reproducible, and can be predicted. Cities are man-made and they are one, of many, clear examples of how human behavior causes climate change and specifically warming...that would not exist otherwise without humans doing what humans do.
Anacdotally, we all know it is hotter in the city than the country side. We call this common sense.
