The wife and I have had two kids and neither of us are interested in having anymore. As my wife had a negative physical reaction to both birth control hormones (the pill) and an iud, we have for the most part used condoms as contraceptive. In the past year my wife has brought up the idea of me getting vasectomy on numerous occasions. Not knowing much about the process, I certainly have some hesitations but has slowly been warming to the idea. Would be very hot to be able to make love without having to so careful about cum and the obvious reduced of pleasure from the condom. Thought this might be a good place to ask for peoples opinions/experiences with this from both a male and female perspective.
Of the many things I'm curious about...how did it impact your sex life both in the short and long term? For the males who have gotten it, did you have any negative physical consequences beyond the initial healing phase? Do you still ejaculate a similar volume and texture of cum?
Would love to hear your thoughts!
