Well, he'd probably have proof of her affair, which also means he has nudes of his mom on his phone for her to blackmail him for.

So instead of blackmailing her for money why not simply make blackmailing here for sex?

Well, the whole point is that he doesn't want to fuck his own mom, but is forced to anyway. He also just wants money.
