Having an issue with Ch. 3 being sent back

I've submitted Ch.3 but getting sent back. It is NC theme but I have described that she enjoys it. The other chapters had no problem being accepted. Is this a case of a specific volunteer not accepting the story? I like it the way it is and don't agree there is need to change it as I meet the guidelines and it is a continuation that was accepted without issue.

There is only one person who vetts stories, and that's Laurel. I suggest you take another closer look at your content, and if you believe it meets the rules, resubmit it as is, with a note drawing attention to the place in the story where you do so. Or tweak the text a little, to make sure it does.

I had a NC story returned. I pasted several lines from the story that showed the victim "enjoyed" the rape. It went through with no problem.

There is one person who approves or rejects all stories. There is no way she can read all the stories. I suspect she has some kind of software that scans each story for key words or phrases and if she finds too many the story is rejected.

I suspect more stories are rejected for invalid reasons than legit reasons.
