Historical inflection points.

There are hundreds of nominees. Literally thousands of people are qualified nominators.

:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:

I knew that just mentioning the possibility, as slight as it is, would trigger you into a butt clutching panic search for the nearest restroom. That's why I posted it.:D

You’re a little late. And it was the Nobel Piece of Ass prize.

Did you notice that Trump has been nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize?

I noticed Trump had over 15,000 cheering patriots show up in North Carolina. I've noticed as well how the Democrats and the media conceal the lack of support for Biden by showing his appearances with exaggerated social distancing requirements and using that as an excuse for the lack of attendance. Pretty lame.

More like 7,000 to 9,000. "Someone told" trump there were 15,000 and he told the reporter who went with it.

You people are obsessed with crowd sizes. You point to Obama's inauguration which was held in a predominantly black city with the first black president and he has a great turnout. Huge surprise?

But that wasn't good enough you had to show pictures of before the actual inauguration started to try to diminish Trump's crowd size which of course he puffed and exaggerated. The same point that Trump exaggerated could have been made by showing the photo later on when the crowd was actually all assembled but you can't because you're a bunch of fuckwits that have to make hay out of fucking everything when it's nothing.

You are crowing here about Trump "only" getting half of Trump's (probably exaggerated) crowd size. During the great WuFlu panic of 2020.

. . .and nearly ONE HUNDRED times Biden's crowd of *maybe* 100. If that.

. . .but you "win" because Trump maybe exaggerated.

Biden is glad he isn't drawing crowds. Who's going to gather to listen to the 15 minutes of scripted teleprompter he can manage?

This November we are going to have to choose between the unending stagnation of yesterday or an unknown tomorrow.

Trump's been president for almost 4 years, therefore, he represents the known.

Ergo, November 3 is a referendum on Trump, and it says a lot that the incumbent is behind the challenger in most polls some 50 days out.

How soon you forgot who was the first to mention crowd size, hypocrite.

Yeah, it says a lot about the weighting of the polls* and fact that the big, blue Syates have a huge population. No Republican is going to win the popular vote, or "boat" as 4,000,000 Californians pronounce it the national polls are meaningless.

Recent presidential elections are pretty evenly split, 1/3 each of Democrats, Republicans, and Independents. Any poll that oversampled Democrats is bullshit. Hillary was not Obama. Neither is Biden. Obama got the Democrats including some that later voted for Trump (a little over 1/3 of voters because of Democrat enthusiasm) and better than 1/2 of the independents and some of those racist Republicans that later voted for Trump.

Crowd size wouldn’t have been an issue if trump and spicer hadn’t said it was the yugest inauguration crowd ever in the history of the world.

You’re confusing fact correction for crowing.

Your post smells like *sniff sniff* fear.

Triggered.....a Holy Fuck Triggered....

Guess Conager must have gotten some glimpses of Rage....*chuckles*

"I believe Trump's election in 2016 was such an inflection point. I believe that his election and the possible second term is a statement to tomorrow. That today's forward looking peoples have seen that the old ways aren't going to get us further down the road of human development.

Totalitarianism and oppression don't create innovation. It doesn't give rise to satisfaction. It especially doesn't inspire anyone to do anything other than to not do anything at all for fear of being noticed and punished."

This is the key right here. Trump's 2016 election could very well signal a turning point where the U.S. will squander it's place as a world leader, and possibly as a first-world, free democratic society. Since 2016, the U.S. has become more and more like Russia, or like any number of banana-republic dictatorships- with a leader intent only on siezing as much wealth and power as he can, while international influence, domestic standards of living and eventually, personal liberty radically declines. ESPECIALLY if he manages to rig the election to steal a second term. If this is what you are looking forward to, then kindly fuck off, because the next part of the statement- "Totalitarianism and oppression don't create innovation" is key.

This is why this upcoming election is so critical, because of what is at stake. Totalitarianism versus freedom. Looking ahead versus looking behind, at some imaginary golden age where the colored man knew his place, women belonged in the kitchen, and men worked long hours in dangerous and often toxic conditions. If you truely believe that Trump is a good thing for the future of the U.S then you are lost- or, just like the Many Faces of Rightguide, just blatantly trolling.

1. PLEASE, FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, LEARN HOW TO FUCKING QUOTE.

2. "could very well signal a turning point where the U.S. will squander it's place as a world leader, and possibly as a first-world, free democratic society." is nothing but bullshit masquerading as "information.

Currently the US is still the world leader in economic recover, military strength, and domestic liberties. One man isn't going to change that no matter how much you dislike him based on the lies you've been fed by a media which will literally do almost ANYTHING to see him removed from office in disgrace.

To "assume" that Trump remaining in office after being reelected will result in the doom & gloom scenario you outlined is ludicrous.

The world leader in economic recovery right now, sad to say is...China. The U.S is good at minting billionaires, but the economy in the U.S. is still free-falling due to a number of reasons.

Our liberties are slowly dissappearing and if Trump continues to have his way with the courts, our country may soon resemble Russia or Iran- sexual freedoms, freedoms from search and seizure, freedom of the press and freedom of speech- may be lost.

This is more of you never ending bullshit.

Jobless claims are FALLING every week as more people go back to work. right now the unemployment rate is equal to that under Obama and STILL getting better every day.

Wages are UP after the shutdown.

The Stock Market is UP and has recovered from the crisis.

Orders for durable goods are UP. Consumer goods are UP.

NONE OF THAT supports your bullshit that the US economy sucks because of Trump OR the pandemic.

Meanwhile, China is still having issues with resurgences of infection.

#2 on your list of bullshit fails to encompass the FACT that EVERYONE is entitled to their day in court and DUE PROCESS OF LAW. That means Trump is entitled to defend himself, appeal adverse decisions, and get on with the People's Business of administering the laws of the United States.

As for the rest of the things you claim we've "lost", please cite to where ANY of what you mentioned (and nothing else) has been done. What laws or executive orders have overturned or repealed the 4th Amendment? What laws have been enacted that repeal the 1st Amendment?

What you post is bullshit.

And then there’s reality.

WASHINGTON (AP) — The number of Americans applying for unemployment benefits was unchanged last week at 884,000, a sign that layoffs remain stuck at a historically high level six months after the viral pandemic flattened the economy.

The latest figures released by the Labor Department Thursday coincide with other recent evidence that the job market’s improvement may be weakening after solid gains through spring and most of summer. The number of people seeking jobless aid each week still far exceeds the number who did so in any week on record before this year.

Hiring has slowed since June, and a rising number of laid-off workers say they regard their job loss as permanent. The number of people who are continuing to receive state unemployment benefits rose last week to 13.4 million, evidence that employers aren’t hiring enough to offset layoffs. Job postings have leveled off in the past month, according to the employment website Indeed.

you are living in trumps America. How is that working out for you.

Sorry, Derpy. Last week had almost 900K file. The week before, almost 900K. Hiring is slowing and so is the economy (again)

I suggest you update your Google to current figures instead of the old ones that fit your fucked-up narrative.

Dayum dudly, by that example there's no such thing as inflation, interest, GDP...

Because one month of unemployment statistics is all anyone needs to gauge success or failure across the entire economic spectrum.

And, of course that has "loads" of correlation to military strength. Right?

Or whether your constitutionally guaranteed rights have been eroded by the President rather than your State governors who put lockdown orders into place.

And, of course, in the rest of the world, employment figures are wonderful, everyone got a pay raise, manufacturing is going full bore, and GDP numbers are through the roof. Right?

Honestly dudly, it's like YOU REALLY ARE STUPID OR SOMETHING.
