biggest challenge for me here …

… is attracting the attention of one special and very unique woman. What makes this woman stand out from the crowd? She craves a meaningful connection as much as I do. In my first personal ad, I had outlined my motives and those I hope you have also, dear woman looking for a connection. One simple statement says it all:

Your life and mine contain some serious voids,
and both of us seek to compensate for them thru a virtual love affair.​

That is the core of all my personal ads here. Trouble is: only few Lit women seem to tick this way but nevertheless I am hoping that you of all people, will. I had brought sapiosexuality into play earlier, but it is not essential as I see it now. Great if you felt sapiosexual leanings, because I do myself, but not totally essential.

An altogether different matter is passion: for me one of the most essential ingredients for falling in love. Especially important for virtual love affairs. I am well aware that my own way of handling things is not the prudent way for sure. In matters of the heart, I am a passionate man, not a prudent one. I suspect I can accept a woman a bit less passionate and a bit more prudent than me, but not by much. In case you decide to PM me back, you should be aware of this shortcoming of mine. And ideally you will not see it as a shortcoming.

hello to you Dude, I appreciate your good wishes for success. But tell me: how come you see my contemplating about this and that as "whining"?

Nothing could be further from my aims, I am simply musing about how difficult lt is it, to locate a unique needle in a haystack. I regret if this come across as desperate in any way.

Truly amazing people are underway here on the Personal forum. Not able to write their own ads apparently, but ready to chime in, when some smart-ass discovers something wrong with the ad of somebody else, maybe.

I ask myself, what is so compelling for anybody wasting his or her time on such activities? Maybe you have a low self-esteem and you feel better, when you can paint someone in a corner for being more asinine than yourself? Reminds me a lot of the sorcerer’s apprentice who occupies a desk in the Oval Office (when he is not watching TV or playing golf, that is), who can’t get anything right himself, but believes he ought to criticize the whole world around him.

I don't need a personal ad. I have a RL BF. I am free however to read and reply to any post I want!
