Under his former account name of 'Gav' (this General Forum Regular who used to go by the name Luke) used to place advertisements on both Literotica and Quara, offering vulnerable, underage girls his services as a 'father figure.' Literotica members noticed this and we reported him for his actions, resulting in his ban.

Now, he calls the people responsible for banning his predatory 'Gav' account 'Gav' which has become synonymous in the General Board for Pedophilia.

How many times must this poster be reported before he is banned again, or will this behavior now be tolerated in Literotica's Forum, which is supposed to be a reputable website of adult erotica?

If you are clicking "report a post" in the General Board it goes no where, unless Laurel actually does monitor that board well now. She used to not. Technically the boards that state there is a mod in them are monitored, and one could "report a post". However, there are still many mods who do not give a shit about broken rules on Lit.
