Well.

You know how Baptist and Methodist get along.

Actually I know of several churches that have "Armed Members" and a host more that either "Do not mind" or it is simply not talked about.

They are licensed handgun owners and required to take training courses to defuse conflicts and when and how to use deadly force if necessary.


My Sister In Law is one of the designated people at her church.
I was shocked at this, although several months ago she did ask me to help her improve her shooting skills.

I ask her if she thought could use that firearm if it came down to it.

She said that in defense of the kids and people at church or at home, yes she certainly could and would.

I believe her.
