There seems to be an epidemic on this site of people who read a story, find out it contains elements they don't find sexy, and then immediately get on their high horse about how morally repugnant the person who wrote a fictional scenario that they, personally, wouldn't like in real life must be. This is especially ridiculous in the BDSM and NonCon categories, where one would otherwise expect people to have a firmer understanding of the boundaries between fantasy and reality.
In case any of them are reading this I have a message for you: you are exactly the kind of moralistic, prudish busybodies that you imagine are your enemies. They use the same justifications as you. They think they same things as you. You are no different from people who think all BDSM is abuse, or that erotica should be banned, or sex toys should be illegal. You're a judgmental prude. Own it. Stop lying to yourself.
I can't wrap my mind around the kind of malignant self-centeredness that would make someone think their personal preferences in erotica were somehow backed up by morality, or that writing a fictional account of something was somehow an endorsement of that thing. It's genuinely pathetic.
Although I have experienced this personally that's not what this is about. The more disgusting examples of this I've found on other people's stories. People need to get over themselves because it's, as I said, pathetic.
