Searching for a contrarian woman

A woman who differs from the norm. Of course this means I differ from the norm as well. Two out of three of my longer-term Lit women fit that description, but not in a way I was really happy with. But a contrarian mindset has been my way of thinking, ever since I was 12 or 13.

I just recently began realizing, how important I see it, to have a companion with an independent mind; one who does not bend to the dictates of conventional morals or conventional values, or to conventional ways of doing things. One who often questions the WHY of situations; who dares to think laterally. Simply because it feels so much better, when I, thinking in non-conventional ways, receive some support from a partner ticking in the same way.

So I am hoping to find a woman, who feels bothered as much as I am, by the dictates of convention all around herself. Who yearns to break free of that. Even if this “breaking out” only happens virtually, in a secret affair with another independent mind. After all, very often people like us have gotten themselves trapped in life situations difficult to escape from totally.

So in a way I am looking for a reprieve of sorts, a liberation from conventions. Are you in a similar situation? Do you hope for an opportunity to let your thinking flow freely, to exchange it with a soulmate, even if “only” in a mail exchange with a partner who understands you and who ticks like you?

hello to you Mebella, I suppose you user name means, you actualy believe you are beautiful. Well, be that as it may.

It's nice that you like my post, but I don't like a woman who's too lazy to figure out, how to send out a PM. And one who has nothing to say at all about my ad either. Other than your remarks about odds, which have nothing to do with my ad at all.

Next time you want to respond to an ad here, I suggest you learn how to read first. And then try thinking about the ad, I mean ask yourself what the ad writer looks for. Instead of simply assuming that you being a woman need not really care about that.

Odd somehow I thought replying bumped your post and I sent cheers wishing you well. In the end I went and figured out the pms. My reply was neutral enough to not really warrant a pm.
And I beg to differ it was responding to your sentiments. Theoretically a contrarian woman, also know as in independent thinker, might be thinking about the odds of finding her contrarian guy here. And my reply was seriously non-Conventional.

Interestingly ran across your other ad for intimacy and wanting to know (grok in my words) someone so completely. Interesting because that one spoke to me also and I liked that your friend bumped it and commented.

Dear Mebella, I apologize for developing a possibly unwarranted assessment of you. Most likely you are far too intelligent for me, and me trying to become your equal would take me far too long.
