Why so many duplicate stories in an authors listing

It seems that there are a lot of duplicate postings of the same stories under a single author. For instance, there might be a main series of six stories and then another listing with the same series title and the same six stories for the author. Why is this?

As far as mine are concerned, it is because I wrote several stories that should have been in a series. I asked Laurel to amend the titles to make them appear in the list in order.

She did, but the new series appeared duplicated.
