Masters of Illusion

brand new from the UK. Six songs paying homage to horror movie icons - Bela Lugosi, Vincent Price, Christopher Lee, Lon Chaney Jr., Ingrid Pitt, and Peter Cushing.
Beautifully done. Christina Booth's vocals and Christopher Fry's guitar are gorgeous.

I am absolutely obsessed with this album. Christina Booth's singing is fantastic.
Rob Reed's compositions are marvelous and Chris Fry's guitar is gorgeous. Love, love, love this album.

Been hooked again on some older video game soundtracks, namely Shatter and Hotline Miami.

Kansas - The Absence of Presence

Granted, my knowledge of Kansas starts and ends with "Carry On Wayward Son", but after seeing the thumbs-ups my fellow music heads gave this album, I gave it a listen. I didn't regret that. Very well played and especially nice mix. Feelgood music.
