Advice for my RL friend: Have you ever had a sexual experience with a brother?

Two months ago, a woman friend of mine (20's) uncovered that her brother (18) has feelings for her. She confronted him about it, and he admitted to having some fantasies about her. I could only offer some advice because I'm out of my depth. She doesn't want sex with him, but she is interested in trying to give him a handjob to kind of "help" him and maybe test out what it's like.

I know it's a niche question, but have you ever had any sort of sexual experience with a sibling (mainly brother)? And what mental state did you have to be in to do it? What helped you work up to doing it? What was it like emotionally during and after?

My wife admitted to liking her brothers attention and used to tease him often. She enjoyed knowing she turned him on and wanted to try help him break out of his shyness. Never crossed the physical line but he’s seen her naked and having sex on more than a few occasions. She always wanted him to be the one to make the first step physically but he never did. He definitely enjoyed what he saw though. She hasn’t done anything in quite a few years but those were some hot times.
