I'm betting that a little research will reveal that the SF plant that will refine cooking oil is being subsidized by the CA. taxpayer.

As CA continues to punish the hydrocarbon industry and Phillips access to raq petroleum decreases the refineries that are closing are basically money losing pigs now.
