Success is all in the preparation.

Who are you doing this with? Stranger or friend?

Where are you going? Who's house or are you getting a hotel?

Who's allowed to do what to whom? Who can touch what, who can do what? Set some rules and expectations between you and your gf.

Is there a duress code? Pick a word or a phrase that can signify artfully extracating yourselves from a bad situation. "I'm done, stop," is always acceptable if you're not worried about style points.

No experience with MFM, but we had a few FMF threesomes.

I'd suggest drinks or a bit of smoke if that's your thing to get everyone loosened up a bit as well as to settle in and get comfortable. A bit of chat followed by some sort of erotic games. I'm fond of sexual trivia, pictionary, and games of that sort. Then there are the classics of spin the bottle and Twister, which are a great follow ups to the ice breaker games. Once you get there the moment begins to rule the day and the games tend to naturally come to a conclusion as the orgy commences! If you have a pool this can also be a natural at breaking the ice as everyone is so close to being naked already and this tends to have everyone aroused seeing one another. Good stuff and have fun!
