Not to burst your bubble, but there are very few, if any, ideas that have not already found their way into porn. Even here, whatever you write, odds are you'll find similar stories.

having said that, I'm sure porn sites peruse sites like this for ideas...and I've written stories based on porn clips that I liked and decided to take the scene and create a back story and expand upon the few minutes of sex the video featured.

I'll come home and my wife will be wearing a shirt that I don't remember seeing and ask if its new and she'll inform me she's worn it several times...siblings don't memorize wardrobes...or maybe the shirt was new.

I think you're focusing on the wrong thing. I would guess that most people would recognize their sibling without seeing their face just from the shape of their of the body and the way they move. A sister's tits to me would be one of the least recognizable features of her body as it's something that is always covered up by clothing.

I wouldn't recognize my brother's dick. Don't recall ever seeing it, and I'm fine with that. I don't have a sister but if I did and she was part of my family I doubt I would ever have seen her tits. We were that kind of family. So I could totally believe a story where a brother was introduced in some way to this sister's tits (trying to picture a plausible way it would happen) and wouldn't know it.

I'm working on a story that involves a mom in disguise and the son not recognizing her, at least at first. I want it to have at least a kernel of plausibility. It's a cosplay story, where she's in a skimpy costume and covered in body paint, wearing a wig and contact lenses, and does a strip tease for him. I don't think it has to be strictly realistic to work, just in the ballpark of being realistic.
