Tough call, but I am going with Contender A.
The overall body posture/position is more frank and straight forward. Contender B, while a great shot, has a sense of distance and impartiality in it.
As far as visual impact - Contender A has a stronger visual impact due to the subtle difference and appears more intimate. It's a pose that speaks directly to the observer-as-lover or observer-as-sexual-object. Contender B's visual impact is more of an observer-as-observer.
In Contender A the "camera" is invisible, the pose is for the person(s) beyond the camera. Contender B the pose is for the "camera as viewer" and the person beyond the camera is one step removed.

Steff.

Who knew a little panty wardrobe malfunction would be so appealing? My usual stance on that is that it leans more into trashy town than erotic sexy. I guess we’re changing hearts and minds here on the Lit forum...
