Story Idea - Erotic Escape Room

I was just thinking for someone very creative how wild an erotic escape room or series of rooms could be for a group of friends or strangers, if they were to go into it unknowing of what they would have to do. Of course there would need to a very big incentive for taking a risk into the unknown but equally there would need to consequences for not participating or failure.

Just an idea and wondering what kind of challenges and/or rooms there could be?

A 'signed up for it but didn't read the fine print and now in way over their heads' scenario could work.

Group of friends, maybe a little under the influence, is thinking it's gonna be like strip poker or true-or-dare, and instead, it's more like Saw but with ejaculate instead of blood. Give them some sort of pressure, a deadline on the outside world.

Or you could go with the 'spend the night in the haunted/sexed up mansion to get a million dollars' thing. (This scenario would lend itself to strangers thrown together.)

How about the group that enters the "Escape Group" writes down their fantasy in a piece of paper -- in addition to the name of the person that she/he want it to experience with someone from the group -- and then randomly distribute after entering the game. Once they enter, everyone will read out each others fantasies and with whom they want to do it with. Everyone quietly try to figure out and if they like it, they will engage in the next steps?

While they perform a first 'warming up task', the mastermind hacks their phones and analyzes their message/mail history, what kind of porn (or literotica stories ) they browse, snapchats that have been exhanged...
