Where is today's Dr. King?
Oh, and BTW, the BLM movement only served to sow division. I always treated everyone the same, with courtesy, dignity and respect. Now when I interact with a black, I am acutely aware of their blackness, when I never was before. Now I worry about how something I might do might be misinterpreted. I always trusted my demeanor. The mere fact that I now see a black's color is a testament to the failure of BLM.
they're so blind to it"when I interact with a black"
"I now see a black's"

As important as YOUR "courtesy, dignity, and respect" is, I'm pretty sure "the blacks" are more interested in getting "courtesy, dignity, and respect" from public and private institutions.
It's wonderful that you are able to turn a blind eye to the systemic oppression of "the blacks" and instead give them the valuable commodity of YOUR tolerance and basic civility.
Bravo.
they're so blind to it
when entitled white people shut the fuck up and actually LISTEN to what "the blacks" are saying, maybe they'll learn something. well, some might, and it's an mind-opener even for those who thought they were pretty aware.
"when I interact with a black"
"I now see a black's"
Saw this and immediately thought of you and the rest of the RWCJ
So the stupidly racist cartoon you presented projects a myth unrelated to truth or reality.
LOL,these old, low on melanin Boomer men in here are so out of touch.
It's hilarious to watch...quite awkward and embarrassing.
Their only "interaction" with black people is jerking off to BBC porn on Pornhub, while popping their Viagra pills. They all dwell in the boondocks, not a negro in sight.
huh. lotta talking here.
You ever think about speaking in front of a group of Black Americans, like say, at a community center or a symposium, to tell them these exact thoughts about their past and present and future? Inform them about their history, what they've done wrong and what they can do to correct their situation? Using all that you've said here concerning Black people as a member of this site? And then be willing to listen to them respond to your words?
Could you do that?
It's not a "racist" cartoon and it's not a myth.
Sorry I missed this one.
I could, but I won't. It's already been done many times by better men and women, like Walter Williams, Larry Elder, Thomas Sowell, Shelby Steele, Alan West, Senator Tim Scott, Candice Owens, Alveda King, Stacy Dash, Deneen Borelli, Angela McGowen. The problem is, your ignorance of their combined wisdom.
It is racist, and it is a myth. Your willful ignorance of the truth and incessant gas lighting, doesn't change the facts.
No, you say you could, but you won't because you can't.
If "better" men and women are doing it and it's not sticking, then obviously the message is wrong.
It's not racist and it isn't a myth. Your uncomfortable feelings in facing the social truths of people outside of yourself change neither reality nor verity.

It isn't wrong and it is sticking. More and more black people are waking up to the false hope of liberalism and the importance of the nuclear family. Reversing the political nostrums of liberal big government is a slow process, especially for those like you who have become automaton guardians for centralized control who are instantly energized when an alternative viewpoint triggers your defensive perimeter.
It's racist myth on its face for the reasons I stated earlier. Facts and truth matter, your failure to recognize both matter as well because it reinforces ignorance among those you might influence.
I know you were born in the '50s and grew up on a diet of Leave It To Beaver-style idealism, but those days are gone, my guy.
Those right-leaning conservative tokens you threw out as an example of "better" aren't anywhere near to being the Black American's vanguard of changing society you think they are...and even if they were, you wouldn't be alive to see the result.
Once again, it's not racist and it isn't a myth. Your uncomfortable feelings in facing the social truths of people outside of yourself change neither reality nor verity.
Gonna keep that on replay because your mind obviously can't comprehend or process further explanation.
Every thing you just said is wrong, because you're ideologically obstinate or just plain ignorant. Oh and clown, make sure you're on time for class tomorrow so you can sit a little bit closer to the front of the room.
Why, so I can kick your seat from behind and make you cry for the teacher?
Could you elaborate on what the vanguard of Black American society will look like? What will be the ethics and mores? Will the nuclear family not exist in this new society? Who will be responsible for raising children? And will the Black society have different standards from White society? I think that the rejection of the traditional nuclear family by the black community accounts for a lot of their difficulty. Single motherhood is a ticket to poverty. Isn't it something like close to 80% of black kids live in single parent households? No male role models for young black men make them easy pickings. I think some schools in my community feed the kids three meals. Why even bother sending them to a "home" where they might not even have a bed? How dare you call me a racist when don't want this for black people? Is the black situation all because of white people because there were slaves almost 200 years ago? I give black people much more credit than that. I'm simply curious what you envision as the changing Black American Society.I know you were born in the '50s and grew up on a diet of Leave It To Beaver-style idealism, but those days are gone, my guy.
