Trumps taxes and financials will be criminally investigated.

Flynn's case dismissal will be reviewed en banc by the appeals court.

Cohen is removed from home confinement and returned to prison.

It couldn't happened to a more deserving bunch of scumbags.

now all we need is lindsay graham to fall and break a hip while wearing stilettos and mitch mc connell to swallow his own chin.

Bill Barr getting perp walked would be grand.

There seems to be a queue of people in DOJ lined up and ready to testify about his corrupt behavior.

It’s getting worse for BunkerBoy. Republican Senators are starting to claim “other commitments” when queried about attending the Republican National Convention. What’s that about rats and sinking ships? Convenient COVID-19 excuses to follow.

Sounds like liberal "news" is at it again

My oh my, a lot of folks have been listening to liberal "news." Looks like AACS is growing in popularity.

It's funny when they create a thread that's based on misleading or factually incorrect information.

But, but the MSM said it. So it MUST be true...

1. The SCOTUS sent the Vance case back to the lower court to develop the record more because, as it stands, there's insufficient evidence to support the claims by the NY DA. Basically, yes, Grand Juries have the power to subpoena documents but that power has to be tied to something resembling the Constitutional requirements for such subpoenas.

2. Cohen went to jail and was released because of CV19. If he's now going back to jail, then apparently the CV19 crisis is over. Yet schools are still closed, you can't dine in, and you still have to wear a fucking mask or go to jail. Oops, someone is sending mixed messages here. Not that I give a rats butt about Michael Cohen.

3. Judge Sullivan has REQUESTED an en banc review of the Appellate Panel's decision and order. En Banc reviews are not normally granted so his request stands a good chance of being turned down. Secondly, his petition attempts to say something that the cited precedent does not say, and in fact the cited precedent says the opposite of. Further, his biggest supporting authority isn't on point - he argues that Rinaldi holds that the SCOTUS decided that when there's a, unopposed motion to dismiss then the court can develop the record. Yet, in the Flynn case, the motion is a JOINT MOTION, not an "unopposed" motion, and thus, Rinaldi doesn't fit because it doesn't contemplate or discuss joint motions to dismiss. Hence, his argument that Rinaldi allows him to further develop the record has ZERO SUPPORT.

So, there you have it. The usual GB stoopids have gone with the biased assessments given them by their MSM handlers and think that they "won" something.

Hint to the GB stoopids: You didn't. Trump's taxes aren't going to be revealed, Cohen is still convicted for taxi medallion fraud, and Flynn's case isn't going to be taken up en banc, or alternatively if it is, Sullivan will be ordered once again to dismiss the case..

Arrogant, pompous old man.

He doesn't like being told NO!

His downfall would be epic to see.

What a demonic human being.

Trump doesn't want Romney there! :D

Interesting developments.

Trump is squealing like a stuck pig.

Judge Sullivan demanded an en banc review of the obviously incorrect ruling by Judge Rao and Judge Henderson in the Flynn case.

Michael Cohen just can't help being an entitled prick who thinks he's above the law and doesn't have to follow the rules of home confinement ordered by the court.

May they all be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

So it was a good day for Trump, Flynn, and Cohen???

You must be getting dizzy from all the spinning you're doing.

Trump will most likely be indicted next year when he is no longer President.

Flynn will most likely be tried for the additional charge of perjury.

Cohen will most likely be getting out of prison right about the time Trump and Flynn are going to court, but knowing Cohen, he just won't be able to stop himself from reoffending.

Their bad day is only going to get worse.

Trump's tweets today certainly didn't show he was having a good day. Maybe Harpy didn't get the memo. Or maybe he's just read the propaganda tea leaves wrong.

Would love to know how the board Trumpettes spin today into a good day for Cohen (back in the slammer) or Flynn (still on the "admitted guilt of obvious crime). :D

FOUR MORE MONTHS... FOUR MORE MONTHS !! :nana:

Bad news. It's seven more months even if he loses in November--unless something more drastic happens in the meantime. Lots of time for Trump to kill tens of thousands of more Americans.

It was a VERY good day for Team Trump.

  • Congress got told to stick their tax return witch hunt where the sun don't shine.
  • Vance got told his record isn't complete enough.
  • Flynn will be exonerated eventually and Sullivan will be forced to resign and step down from the bench.
  • Only someone suffering from TDS gives a fuck about Cohen.

They obviously haven't taken away your internet privileges at the mental health facility where you are currently residing.

Keep up the delusional comments and that may change.
