Now this is funny and I always need a good laugh.

I can't think of a better example of a more progressive document than Our Constitution.

It stuck it to the King(who had entrenched systemic power over the colonies).

It set up the framework and pathway to abolish slavery.

It created the pathway for women's suffrage and women's rights to their own bodies and so much more.

It is the document that all countries afterward would use and point to as they had their own Revolutions towards more democratic systems and the rule of law.

As a very liberal progressive, it is one of my favorite documents and it is embodiment of the principles I strive for...

...liberals/progressives don't hate the Constitution...that is what some folks would like you to believe for their own power and propaganda.

Put more plainly...every march or protest you have seen in the last two months is made possible directly from the power of our Constitution and the rights people.are asking for, to be enforced equally, emanate directly from the Constitution.

It is a principal reason many of us keep telling you folks on the right, your on the wrong side of the law, history and the Constitution.

As for history, that's not really panning out for the "progressives" either, the pursuit of just economic equity was a total failure across the board. I don't think the pursuit of not just economic equity but racial/socail/gender/sex equity? Is going to pan out very well.

100% of the arguments I've seen revolve around an inequity of or disproportionate outcomes across varying demographics.

Bullshit. California is openly violating the Constitution's equal protection under the law clause to actively discriminate against straight, white males in order to try to acheive equality of outcome.

This really isn't anything new it's done routine the but they have just given it to force of Law they have just passed any legal lot specifically to violate the Constitution and California's own prohibition of affirmative action.
