I used to listen to a lot of Hendrix in my high school days. I love Stevie Ray Vaughan, too. Hendrix is more... Raw, I think.
lol, when i was a sixth former (16-17), it was a common sound in our rec room... shooting bar billiards&hendrix; a lot of kids experimenting with life just hanging out in there. one of my favourite memories of that time was sitting on a the low-slung long seats, my male gay bf (that's bestie, not boyfriend) laying alongside on his back, his head in my lap, as we soaked up that particular track and some bridge over troubled waters. those were the days!Wow.
